downtime just nowI'm trying for an explanation, but following a support call to correct a hamster issue it looks like some plonker decided to turf the beast out of its cage for a spring clean

pretty much had it confirmed, to try and correct an email issue, someone messed the network settings, locked the server up and had to reboot 
Time to grit teeth smile sweetly and remember that generally they get it right, and the money spent on the server support does frequently pay off.

Or a small child (in mind) who use's 'off the shelf' scripting attacks against websites to do either harm or just p*ssing about and making peoples lives a misery. Crucifixion is too good.

Some moronic kid tries to take down a site using an attack script any idiot can pick up on the net.
I have blocks his IPs and point of attack for now.
