The only dried fish I've ever had is Bacalau (sp?) in Portugal or the little Jamaican ones. Both yummy.
Fascinating video though: I'd expected the prep. to be super speedy, but she's so efficient! Not sure about the pong, though. Glad it's not smellyvision! |
