A link seen elsewhere - thought it might be of interest to some here.

I'd be more interested in a camp druid - that would be endless fun

Interesting - Unfortunately its the same weekend as Oakleaf Lammas Camp which we always go to - otherwise I think I would have considered it

Hmm. Wilderness Gathering, anyone?

druid camp is good - we used to go regularly and hold workshops in ritual drama...the last time was very intresting...they did a piece from a story one of the attendees had about the struggle to get some open space in an inner city area!

We were both members of the druid network and committee members, and Ted used to officiate at stonehenge for the solstices...but we moved away from public ritual a while ago....we didn't like being categorised as "druids" - our spirituality embraces many forms. Plus it got a bit -um- well benevolent dictatorship describes it I guess! However the camp is good, and its where our friend oak does his amazing chanting evenings!!

I've not been to camp and like Lettuce Woman was a member of the Druid Network. I've attended one open ritual but although I enjoyed it, I didn't feel called to go again. More of a solitary druid here. I also find there is too much emphasis on the Pagan Gods and Goddesses which isn't my take on the Source at all (I've no issues with the Pagan view at all, it just isn't how I personally see things)

Anyone listen to the DruidCast from Obod? It's hosted by Damh the Bard - whose music I love and is an interesting listen for anyone interested in this type of thing even if you ain't a Druid (which I'm not - although I'm finding myself drawn more and more towards it)

I saw that listed on itunes and wondered what it was like. Might go and download one to try
Grimnir

Heathenfest maybe, if I can get the transport sorted, but not the druid camp.
