Chips into boiling Water for 7 Mins
Let dry and cool to no longer steaming on kitchen towel.
Fry at 135 for 7 mins.
degrease on kitchen towel.
Into ice cream maker to blast freeze and extract moisture for 25 mins. I emptied and dried the container once, which was probably not needed.

It kind of seemed obvious really, did a google later and can't see it as a recommended use for an Ice cream maker.

Shouldn't that read "Go to a chip shop and buy crap chips"? Or are there chip shops that sell really good chips?
