Empty nestMy (previously) most prolific egg layer has spent 2 weeks + sitting on an empty nest, hissing at anyone who dares to pass, & showing signs of imminent motherhood
but that's the point at which we are still, as there are no eggs & I'm beginning to wonder what I need to do
suggestions welcome, but nothing that involves cooking please

She won't lay if she is broody, if you want her to hatch a few chicks you will need to give her a clutch of fertile eggs to sit on.
