Even more pics needed from YOU!Following Fee's recent food pictures campaign, don't think you can mothball your digital cameras just yet. We need Yet More Pictures!
We've revamped the Downsizer front page slightly, and as part of this we need a new crop of pictures for the "Latest Articles" area that appears on the lower half of the page.
Downsizer articles are divided into eight main categories, and we need eight new pictures that summarise those categories. For example, the "Growing Food" category currently currently has a pic of an allotment shed. The categories are:-
- Growing Food
- Processing Food
- Finding Food
- Raising livestock
- The bigger picture
- A sustainable home
- A sustainable world
- Starting Out
If you've got a suitable pic, please add it to this thread, and we'll make some choices! Don't worry about making it thumbnail sized, we'll take care of that.
No prizes I'm afraid, just the honour of having your pic on the Downsizer front page. And frankly, who could wish for a greater prize than that
Thanks in advance for your help!

Thanks for that Mrs Fiddlesticks, I'm dead chuffed you like it.
I need a bit of cheering up tonight, I had a terrible kidding this afternoon - lost the kid (the mum's OK though!) and I need a bit of cheering up.
The problem is that just showing a photo of a house interior might not convey a message of "sustainable" without a text to explain why - it might be better to use a straw build or a cob house to get an immediate impact from the photo - especially on the front page of the site.
Here's two photos that show the winter light in the house :
