external storage on pc and macI am just moving over from pc to mac. I have all of my itunes on an external hard drive , for the pc.
How can I access / move it so it is used via the mac. I have a new hard drive which is formatted for the mac.
I know "some" of it is in the cloud but a lot of it isn't, and I don't want to have to re do the playlists again. (I do a lot of audio books, so need it to be in order)
I don't want to muck it up, I just need to know the order to do it and if there are any tips.
TIA

Have the drive formatted as FAT32 which will enable both systems to read and write but this has a 4GB file size limit. There are proprietary solution, an Internet search will tell you what is available.
Or use cloud storage.

I have already formatted for that. I have been searching for 2 days, sometimes I don't know what the process is called so I am not sure what I am looking for.

Posted this on Facebook but I'll shove it here for you as well.
IF the drive is NTFS then you need something like Paragon NTFS
