Fennel tea
Ingredients
- 2 mugs water
- 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds
- 1 teaspoon tealeaves (or 1 teabag)
Recipe
- place the water and fennel in a pan and heat till boiling
- put in teabag
- simmer for a minute or so
- add milk remove from heat when it reaches a boil again
- It's supposed to be quite milky.
Comments
My mum uses it as a general purpose tonic, an acquired taste but some of my family love it.
