We can only do "quiet jobs" today; not even a tractor engine to be heard in our hamlet on le 14 juillet! Off to fireworks in Pompadour later

We had a blast. I'm the secretary of the fete committee so we had games in the afternoon for the kids and then aperos and a meal in the evening. I worked like a loony but had a great time. I was the barman (aka Mr Very Important).
I feel a little tired this morning.
