first eggs update

Not that exciting to all the chicken veterans I know - but I'm excited - we have now had 6 whole eggs (plus the soft-shelled one). Some blue which I assume are from our Cream Legbars and others a tasteful shade of beige (or maybe magnolia) which we think are from the Welsummer/Legbar crosses.

Still small but perfectly formed. Seems a shame to eat them really.

Make cakes with them instead?

But I bet they are so delicious boiled. With soldiers.
