Fledglings and the next hatching

We are having part of the roof redone this summer. Typically several house sparrows and a blue tit have decided to nest in the eaves. I know they have several hatches if the weather is good. We'd like to get in between hatches, do you know how long that gap is? Do they go straight back into laying?

When the other side was done we waited until all the swallows had fledged. They were most put out but they've rebuilt ready for this year. I suppose we could do that now. I am not keen to wait too long though.
