Sadly seems to be rather defunct now  The transfer of allotments to the parishes has led to huge waiting lists whilst plots lie unworked in some areas, and other areas refusing to allow those from other parishes to continue to hold allotments that they have had for ages and others to have spare ones - even when in both those cases the site is nearer to that persons home than any other.....
The reports that came out of it have been useful having moved here though
