Nasturtium? I know they are garden plants, but they do break loose in places.

Himalayan Balsam - I didn't know that was edible - I know its an important source of pollen and nectar for the bee's but I had no idea you could eat it as well

The seed pods are vaguely edible, I try to put some into salads as a surprise sometimes...

Good catch, yes, they're a cracking forage.

add a hot and peppery kick to salads
