forum glitches

I think the issue people sometimes see with the posting box not appearing is down to a problem with the way some of the look of the forum is cached.

I nicked that bit from phpbb3 and the version we have on downsizer was still and is still attempting to cache some things for speed in a way that I had to remove from my free forums system.

I have just nobbled part of the caching behavior here which may help.

You must set the ad_network_ads_377.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).
