Forum topics......on the home page - where have they gone? I often use them for a quick look at what's going on rather than logging in to view latest posts.

Yes - they recently sprouted a useful View Latest Post link, but all has vanished now.

A techie problem with the Amazon thread was causing the bit of code that produces the front page forum topics list to misbehave and not do what it's supposed to do...
Depending on how near the Amazon thread was to the top of VLPs determined whether you'd see some, all or no topics on the front page - which is why it seemed to come and go.
All should be sorted now.

It did say something funny in the title after the proper title for a while. I assumed it was a typo.

Oops, sorry Marigold, missed this. Connection problems here and I keep getting logged out of DS which is rather annoying.
There were some dodgy characters in the thread's title and it was causing a bit of the front page software to complain.
