free spuds

Maybe not foraging but i am going spud picking after,the contractors have done digging up the tatties and i am going to pick up a load of the stuff they leave ,all free " you pick em up they wont come through in my barley next year " the farmer said ,so with an armful of sacks im away , so just a tip if you see them harvesting tatties pop your head over the hedge and ask if you can have the " windfalls "

Great idea. Particularly if your spud harvest is as pathetic as mine.

The concept of gleaning seems to be big in the US, but you are expected to donate a proportion of your windfall to disabled people and charities.

My spuds harvest was fine but no point in wasting a chance for extras . the one sim collecting are that famous artist beggining with a P
cant for the life of me remember who, but they sure taste great roasted

yups its picasso and i picked up 11 sacks with my kids and grand daughter all egg size and below .. going agin over the weekend , seems i can sell them if i wanna or
