Freezing faggot mixture?

I have minced some liver, pork and heart ready to make
faggots but I am running out of time to make the rest of the recipe - can I freeze this mushy uncooked mixture to make into faggots when I have more time?

If not how long do you think it would keep in the fridge?

Don't see why that shouldn't freeze well.
TBH, I would probably just make it up into little patties and take out a few as and when I needed them.
