Golden appenzellar bantams. We definitely have one cockerel, he keeps practising. The other one looks very similar but no sign of crowing. What are the differences between male and female?

ah, it not that easy to tell until they make it obvious. Ask Pel I got it wrong with her girl - she has a boy oopps.
The boys have bigger horns and a frill around their neck but it late coming often.

Probably the best I am going to get of them. Both boys I expect. If anyone would like one please let me know. They are pookies eggs and almost tame.

I was going to say they look like boys - but crowing is a good sign that they are boys
