Interesting article but its a pity these type of articles always seem to want to end on a down note
I love the idea of converting the old water mill to be the focal point of the project and hopefully produce electricity from it as well. I wonder though how feasible these sort of projects are outside a village environment - for instance in more suburban areas where there is much less of a community spirit Joanne |

It wouldn't have had to end on a down note if it hadn't tried to suggest that it was the whole village involved in the first bit of the article I think. Interesting article though. |
