Halloween costumes?

Got a black blazer with white edge sowed around the outer edges and lapels, to be worn with dark beige or black trousers and a black polo neck.

Made the brightest multi coloured cape ever.

Got a badge with a penny-farthing and '6'.

And a 5' white balloon.

So, thats Halloween sorted then.

Anyone else?

What has a character from an old TV series to do with the night when unquiet spirits are said to roam the Earth?

Not a lot, I just fancied that outfit for this years Halloween party. We get a lot of 'cult' telly and film costumes every year.
Fee

No Halloween party for us this year!

Sounds good, cab Smile
Snowball

You are very welcome to come to ours Fee, floor space only though.
sally_in_wales

we'll be trading at the Living Histroy Fair, and a fair number of the traders have booked an entire Indian restaraunt for the evening, so if we just don't bother changing out of our historic gear after work, that effectively solves the dressing up bit Very Happy

Thanks Snowball, but we're having a dirty weekend at home Wink
Snowball

Shocked Smile Enjoy.
Cab, we demand photos of the costume.

Just curious.

I'll be hanging strings of rabbit heads on the front door, by way of entering into the spirit of the occasion.
Jamanda

I'll be taking Ben Trick or Treating (to friends only obviously) before going up to the pub to see a band, possibly dressed up vaguely witchy.
Green Rosie

Boys will be spider's web (hort fleece) and the ever popular sheet ghost. I'll be a witch. Nothing fancy but the boys enjoy it and they are having a friend over for a ghoulish supper and silly games.
Gervase

You'll need pumpkins, too. How about your very own BNP leader?

It's one of a collection of extraordinary pumpkins carved by this American chap. Scroll down his page for a very good carving tutorial.
Snowball

That is truly horrific.
Azura Skye

omg that's horrible!
mochyn

There's the usual Hallowe'en party at the village hall on Sat. Haven't decided whether or not to go, let alone what to wear!
Frewen Feltmaker

It's the only night of the year I don't have to be incognito Wink

At least that'll stop the trick or treat-ers.
Angel

Two pointy hats one witch in black fleece and one wizard in purple velvet, one magically glowing amethyst staff, one black and red cape and one black wizards surcoat.

Sewing machine is a trifle on the warm side Smile)
Green Rosie

Bit blurry but you get the idea (nothing fancy but we had fun making the costumes)

Angel

Looks like you all had fun Smile
Sherbs

The Sherbling's costume was mostly home-made too (with thanks to Sally for the hat)
