Hi all,
By way of an introduction my name is Carl and my wife is Louise.
We are really glad we found the site - very useful.
A bit of background is that we are (fingers crossed - haven't exchanged contracts yet...) about to move to Pembrokeshire and a house with an acre and a half! After 4 years of trying to reduce the mortgage we have taken the plunge and will move our 4 sheep and 5 chickens across to start a new life.
We've been allotmenteers for around 5 years and a couple of years back got the chooks and 2 Wiltshire Horn ewe lambs. We tupped them last year and got 2 we lambs this May (lost two more from "Sheep No. 1" - we avoided giving names).
We will remain here in Hampshire working till we can find jobs, but will praobably move in Jan. All very exciting. Anyway, will let you know of our successes and inevitable disasters as time passes.
