Hello!
Thanks for all the welcomes, it's fab to be here.... Been reading the forum for a month or so now and just love it so looking forward to getting in on the action now...
It looks like many downsizers are down south/west, hope you're all keeping heads above water.
Back to the serious job of absorbing as much downsizer info and chat as humanly possible! See you all in the ether.
