Ceredigion, near Aberystwyth. Rural, more sheep than people. My husband grows veg, and we now have a woodburning stove with an oven and hob, to reduce our oil consumption in the heating, hot water and cooking departments. Works fabulously! I can recommend it - but we are going for self sufficiency in firewood, which means we get warm managing the wood, as well as burning it. A double whammy!

I'm Welsh and live near Aberystwyth and I wonder if the sheep belong to my partner. He's Welsh as well. He grows the sheep, I grow the veg. I say this with great optimism. I mean, he's good at sheep but I can't be so confident about the veg bit.
I would definitely remember an Alicia, a pretty name.
