HelloHi, all.
I've been looking for sites on info on chickens and rabbits and now I seem to have found it(and a lot more)!! I get given quite a few rabbits and I am able to skin, gut and joint them, but it would be helpful to know how to bone them.
My neighbour has recently started keeping ex-battery hens. She works in London and as our gardens are open-plan I and Mrs. Stufish help look after them. So, look out! I'll be a pain in the whossname asking for advice!!
In return, however, I've been sea fishing for about thirty years so hopefully, I should be able to make a contrbution in that area!
In any case, I've never found a lack of knowledge or experience an impediment to giving advice on any subject!

Hi. The best way to bone rabbits is to cook them first. The the meat should fall off the bones.
