Hi from North CornwallJust a note about what is happening here, Moved here 3 years ago, derelict house and a few acres of land. House not finished, but land fenced, and stocked. It's the true good life, grow our own veg, hens and meat (mix of ryeland and dorset sheep plus saddleback pigs) and no television, after all there's no time to watch one!

Sounds very familiar, although our house didn't need much doing. Glad you've got the priorities right!
And welcome to the village.
