house 4 sale if anyone knows anyone who might be interested?Bit of a long shot but here goes....
i have a 6 bed house for sale in St Ives Cambridgeshire (we use the smallest bedroom as a study but it's still 11'4 by 7'6 - all the others are much larger).
It has 2 ensuites (one has a shower cubicle, the other has a shower cubicle with body jets, plus a whirlpool/airpsa bath) and a main bathroom plus a downstairs cloakroom, 2 lounges and a dining room. The entire house has been gutted and refitted over the last 2 years including the utility and kitchen which has granite worktops, pull out hose tap, wine cooler, rangemaster cooker (4 gas hobs plus a 5th with a wok cradle, one electric oven, one fan oven, plus a grill).
More importantly, outside there is parking for 5 cars on a nice blockpaved drive, oodles of garage storage/shelving, a walk in chicken run, a fruit cage and a very very large number of raised beds for living the self-sufficient ish good life...2 of them are 20 foot by 4 foot! along with a decent sized patio which we've got an 8 seater round table on plus a reasonable area of lawn.
Garden contains youngish (i guess 3-4 years?) fruit trees - 2 braeburns, 1 cooking apple, 1 cherry, 1 damson, 1 plum, 1 fig, 2 nectarines, and 2 kiwi plants.
Fruit cage contains these plants : 2 cranberries, 1 blueberry, 1 blackberry, 1 blackcurrant, 1 goji berry, 1 karacka black, 1 tayberry and 1 japanese wineberry.
Variety of veggies growing so the sooner it's sold, the more crops the new buyer will get the benefit of!

sadly it's a pricy area!
the next cheapest house on the market here is £460k for a 4 bed house...the one above me in price is on at £499k and it's a 5 bed terrace with just a bathroom and no ensuites, and then there's one at £500k which is 4 beds....
but if anyone is interested let me know as an impending change of job/lifestyle means i'd like to sell this year although if we have to stay put so be it..but it'd be nice to be in a new place in time to get next years garlic in the ground this year!
