How patient are you with your wine?We've just broached a demijohn of apple and ginger wine that is, whilst technically ready, still a wee bit cloudy. It was that or resort to buying a bottle of supermarket plonk, having decided we really fancied a glass or two this evening.
Anyway, its nice, its definately drinkable, but yet it would be so much better if it was sparkly clear and about three weeks older.
Is it just us that has no willpower in these matters?

Used to be impatient, now I'm very patient. It all depends on how much is in the wine rack ready to be drunk. As we drink quite sparingly, we've usually got enough such that we can wait for eveyrything to be properly ready.

I've got enough of a wine stash to be patient.
If I didn't have, I'd prolly do the same as you.
