I'm new here - Hello

Hello!

I live on the Cornwall coast with my dog (Briscoe) and I'm interested in organic and local produce, gardening and ethical/green politics. I'm an artist. I'm not really into computers but sometimes its a lifeline.

Hi All - thanks for the welcome! I mix my own oil paints using traditional pigments and mediums. So did something happen this weekend that I didn't pick up on?

OK, thanks for the explanation and history. The logo suggests 'sustainable' and 'ethical' but reading some of the forums, people gang up on the greenie organics as though they're not welcome or something. Have I got that right?

People here are very questioning, and there is a lot of skepticism from our farmers in particular of organic labeling. I don't see it as ganging up, merely an aversion to simplistic views of things.
