if ebay is fined for fake goods sales?http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/7481241.stmThis seems really wrong to me, I wouldn't say ebay have no responsibility, but surely their responsibility should be to bar users reported as selling dodgy goods and no more than that. |

IMHO ebay take far to little responsibility for a lot that goes wrong there. They seem happy to take the fees but they won't pump it into policing the place properly. |

Would be easy to do keyword searches to highlight likely problems for personal attention.
One rule I am often reporting to them is traders adding VAT to the auction price. Its been disalowed for nearly 6 months but still lots are adding the VAT still. A simple plus vat search would show most of them (ok would also catch a few that say we dont add vat but would be easier to filter manualy) Richard |
