Indian game cockerel - the best for meat crossesHi all,
My life has drastically changed...long story. But basically I'm having to face up to the fact I cant afford to keep everybody. So I'm selling/rehoming what I can.
So here is an Indian Game cockerel from a purely utility strain. His female relatives are the best layers I have, believe it or not, almost an egg everyday! Crossed with pretty much any breed he would improve the table qualities because as you can see he is so big and muscly, liek the chicken equivalent of a belgian blue! So if you have a purely egg laying flock with things like leghorns, crossed with him you'd get a decent meal out of the offspring. He's proven fertile and is just over a year old, I call him Osito (Ossy) which means little bear! £10 and buyer collects from gainsborough in Lincolnshire (near doncaster)
As you can see, a very striking bird too
Thankyou
