Insurance for a Discovery.Has anyone used the NFU insurance for their vehicle?We have bought a 2002 Discovery today, low milage and in good nick.Usually we go to our local brokers and debate a good deal. Anyone got any good deals? |

I've got insurance for a 405-they reduced it pdq when I told them of the NFUMutual quote.
No agencies, no extra for direct debit, I think 1.4% added for monthly payments NFU for me next renewal.

we use NFU for the tractor insurance good cover at a good price

I use two comparison sites to get a quote and then see if a cashback site has the best value insurer (as recommended by MSE). Takes a couple of hours but the best quote is usually at least £30 less than any renewal and the cashback is usually at least another £20.
Not sure if NFU come up on the compare sites, so you may need to check their quote separately |

Try These People and see if they can beat your NFU quote.
They saved me £150, and similar amounts for other folk I've recommended them to. I am not affiliated with this company in any way other than buying one of their insurance products |

I found the NFU premium too high when I upgraded to a DiscoV. Good though if you like to deal with a face. |
