insurance on landI posted quite a long time ago on making an offer on land... I am now the proud owner of 4 plus acres. Since my primary objective is to manage it for wildlife, I am not sure what insurance if any I should get. The main risks I see are 3rd party liabilities and possibly flytipping although there are many nosy neighbours. What do you think? and are there any companies that deal with such?

You might find that for 4 acres the min policy charges will make the policy a bit pricey (we did on 28 acres). Try some of the smallholding type brokers.

I don't know if this is suitable but it might be useful to look through and there could be similar schemes out there. I don't know if it's good value or not, anyone know?
