I really thought this article was going to be about a practice / performance venue for trapeze artists, based on how often news headlines involve 'saucy' puns for no reason other than to grab the reader's attention.
Wonder what the dairy herd will make of it ?

My last PGCE student and two of his peers rented a chalet at this place from September to Easter. They said they guy would open up his bar every night and no-one ever turned up.

I don't see much wrong with the chap trying his hand at keeping sexual maniacs on his farm. In due course, the inevitable unwanted pregnancies and infestations of pubic lice will perhaps help to keep a rural GP's surgery in business a bit longer. Perhaps the Post Office could get in on the act by selling Spanish Fly and 'marital appliances'.
