the tower is scheduled so would probably not be a good house conversion bet ,the 9.5 acres might get ag use (and some sort of home pp.)
it might be a bit "interesting" to plough or dig as there was some dodgy housekeeping with ordinance at times. as it is a "moor" i assume it is a bit exposed and probably isolated on the plus side the obligatory giant mustache is quite a selling point |
