Is it ok to recharge semi discharged batteries?I'm going away tomorrow and I want to make sure I have enough batteries for the camera. I have one set fully charged but the set in the camera are about half full. Is it ok to recharge them?

discharge them (use in something )and recharge from flat is best for some reason alledgedly . or just charge them and take the charger .

NiCad, LiOn, or NiMh?

Depends what type of battery they are, if NiCad then no, you need them to be discharged first dut to 'memory effect'. If NiMH or LiOn then it is OK to charge partially drained batterys as these types dont suffer from 'memory effect'.
