Its great news and has helped signal a sea change in the way land based livlihood assesments will be made now.

My apologies, I thought that I had checked fully. Anyway...
...so, does this set a precedent, which other planning authorities in both England and Wales (and Scotland?) will have to take note of? or is it another victory, which makes a difference, but still doesn't change the game?

Im working with a consultation group working on a LID policy for UK, this will ease it through no end as the same overarching policies exist everywhere.
