Land to rent in AberarthWasnt sure if this is the right place.
Its about an acre in size, on a gentle slope. Fencing at back (though a bit rickerty, and belongs to the adjoining owner who keeps a stallion in the adjoining field), full height stone wall to one side and garden fence with field gate in to the other, at the bottom of the field is a tree/bush hedge with fencing, again needs a bit of work.
Last person to rent the field had a pony in there and that was kept in fine by the fencing.
Just thought i'd put it on here, as we went to look at it (with pigs in mind) but turned it down as the intial outlay for better fencing was too much (as well as other costs).
They want around £40 per month (previous tennats were paying £15 per week).
Water would have to be carried up or stored in barrels on site.
