land wanted nr truroHi
I have family in Truro and Perranporth and looking for some land with hope value so I can move from the rat race that Im in now to a quieter life. Im looking for 1 to 2 acres does anyone have any suggestions where I start

Welcome.....from wadebridge, and best ofluck.
Try Lodge & Thomas, and be realistic about land prices - anything from £3000 an acre to £15000(no not joking) and that is agricultural land, not land you can build on.

I guess we would need somewhere to live so land with a dwelling would be ideal but if I couldnt get that at an affordable price then just land would be fine then we'd put a dwelling on it hopefully I know its expensive to buy a dwelling in Cornwall.

HI I have a niece in Carnon Downs and sister in law in Perranporth. Somewhere near the sea would be my dream place

I know of a couple of places near here (Close to the Eden project) which is about 15 miles from Truro but only a couple of miles from the sea.
One a large house & a 2 acre paddock & another thats only a rumour at the mo again large house with 5 acres.
Only problem is you would have me for a neighbor.

if you could put up with me 2 kids and toy poodles for company then it might be ideal. Trouble is a large house might be out of my affordability which is probaly why land with hope value might be more in my price range. I can but dream. Im a single mum and would obviously have to work too, but it would be so nice to be closer to family
