Landrace sowsWe have two landrace sows for sale. Reason for sale is due to the herd becoming pedigree welsh only.
1 Landrace sow is in-pig to pedigree welsh boar. (piglets weaned: 1st- 10 2nd- 8 3rd- 10 4th- 5 (but only had 5 to begin with, good strong piglets)
1 landrace sow is in-pig to the boar above, (need to check farrowing dates)
( piglets weaned: 1st-9, 2nd-8, 3rd-9, 4th-9)
Both sows have had 4 litters and are around 2½ years old.
Both sows would do better (in terms of condition and litter sizes) indoors, in a large barn or sheltered fields.
Unsure of price to sell them at, but offers over £90 will be accepted.
You are welcome to come view them as they live at The national trust, Llanerchaeron.
In the near future there will also be some pedigree welsh weaners the breeding gilts/boars have yet to be chosen, so unsure of numbers. Prices TBC.

Just to say 1 landrace will be sold now after she has had her piglets.. she is about 2-3 weeks away from farrowing.
The piglets will be landrace x welsh. The sow and piglets can be sold together £80 for the sow and depending on age the piglets will be sold at 4 weeks old priced at £15, 5 weeks £20, 6 weeks £25 etc.
To buy the sow and piglets seperately you will have to wait till they are 5-6 weeks old.

Will take Offers in the region of £50 to Landrace sow that has been running with the boar.
Don't really want them going for culling in the market seems a waste as she is only 2 ½ years old with a good breeding future ahead of her.
