Left over sloes from the gin?

You know how it is, you've drunk all the sloe gin, but there is fruit left. Well, they're excellent with vanilla ice cream...

Or dipped in chocolate, so my father assures me Smile

Going slightly off the subject, I've made damson gin and then when that's ready, used the damsons to make crumble - really good!

We usually pour scrumpy over them, leave for a while and then drink the resultant slumpy.

Used sloes from sloe gin are great when put in whisky. New sloes are a bit too much for it I find but second hand gin sloes make excellent sloe whisky. Perfect for filling the winter hip flask.
