Light brown muscovado vs dark brown softI need 12oz of light brown muscovado but only have about half - do you think it would be alright to do half and half with dark brown soft - I think it would be ok but have an indecisive head on today but could do with some reassurance or a reason why it would be a disaster

I also have demerara in the cupboard - I am guessing that would be too coarse as it is but I could whizz it

twice now I've read the title as muscovy. I'm becoming obsessed..it's no good I'll have to buy some, it's effecting my life !
