Lime woodMy Mum is having some very large limes pollarded (?). Would any wood turner, carver like some chunks saved? They are good strong old trees and it seems a shame to put it all on the fire if someone can make use of them in any other way.

Mad request. Lime wood compared to some other trees does not weigh as heavy. (You know what I mean. ) Is there any way we can do a pass the parcel and get a log or two down to Cornwall from here?

I'm going to the one at Mochyn's village hall. Is anyone going to both? Jamanda wants some fleece so the log will be well cushioned.

Six, three hundred year old trees that haven't been pollarded for 25 years. There is PLENTY!

We're going to be in mid-Wales the coming weekend, and will be returning with an empty pick-up. We can't store a lot of wood, but we can get a heap to Devon.

We've got room to store it for a while.

Well then, Bodrighty can either meet me to collect, or I can drop it with you.

Bodrighy, I would like to buy something off you made with this lime. It would make a fantastic present for my Mum. Long term present planning.

I'm afraid we're between premises at the moment; but we hope to be back in full production soon.
In the meantime we're thinking of recruiting local agents on commission, if you'd be interested in free sausages on a regular basis.

Blow!
If I think of any outlets I will let you know. If you want to do any shows or fairs in this general wide stretch of Wales please let me know. I would be happy to help.

Turners tradition is to provide any wood donor with something made from the wood so there wouldn't be a need to buy Cathryn.
If BB is transporting and Sean is storing for me then they would be in line as well
