Limoncello



Ingredients


  • 1 litre alcool pour fruits/vodka

  • 10 lemons

  • 350g sugar

  • 150ml water




Recipe


  1. Zest lemons.

  2. Melt sugar and water together.

  3. Put everything in a jar/bottle.

  4. Shove in a cupboard for a month.

  5. Shake the jar occasionally if you like.

  6. Strain off zest and bottle.

  7. Chill.

  8. Drink.
