looking for a replacement...im looking to replace the big earthenware pot i broke, it was about 10 inches deep with a lid. big casserole type thing. i had it from a jumble sale years ago and have used it ever since, that was untill i put it on the oven top and it split in two.
any ideas???

sounds like a good excuse to spend several days mooching round charity shops - I would ask them as well as they often have useful stuff in the back. I will keep an eye open for you.

mine did exactly the same thing.Ive now got a big stainless steel casserole instead from another charity shop.
Im keeping the top part of the old one to use as a ring round a tomato plant later on if I decide to do growbag tomatoes.

found an identical replacement in the 'dungeon' ( understairs cupboard)...mum had forgotten about it years ago...so i stole it!! hehehehehe
