Never had enough cheap enough to do anything with bar eat them fresh. I can imagine it would make a good sorbet, there are plenty of jam recipes on t'internet and they can allegedly replace apricots in cake recipes |

Salsa does sound more interesting. I wasn't over awed with my jam, but perhaps just not the right combination of additions. |
