Low mileage car insurance

Anybody know of a company that specialises in or offers significantly reduced premiums for low milage cars, we're talking 3k a year ish.

I get mine from Lancaster (<4k / year mileage for my Discovery).

Norton insurance gave me fully comp for £83, for 3000 miles.
