LS cockerel FTGH or ARO

I'm culling surplus cockerels, but a couple are so nice it grieves me to put them in the pot. If it weren't for crappy neighbours I'd be breeding from them myself, but I can only keep so many quiet/out of range and the coro hens aren't up to much, so I'm only going to have coro over LS again next year.
They've been good growers, and are very nicely marked, good type too, afaict. I can post pics if anyone is interested in new blood.

I've had to eat some beauties this year, it was a great shame but they were rather tasty.

Yeah, these look big, so if they feel at all meaty, I'll probably have a go at plucking them. I haven't had roast chicken in ages now.
Lately I've just been part way skinning, just enough to take thge legs and breast off. Plucking just isn't worth the effort, nor is skinning for the rest of the carcase. Giblets are just about worth it, but only if i've got a few do at once. (What do you do with a single chicken liver?)
