Mail merge in Word

I've got a user trying to send something to multiple email addresses using merge, not something I've ever done. Our mail client is Outlook but Word is tryiong (and failing) to send the mail via Outlook Express, how do I sort it?

Win NT4 with Word97 and Outlook 97

Sorted, mail programme was set to OE in Word

You must set the ad_network_ads_377.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).
