Masssey Harris PonyBeen offered one of these tractors. Anyone have any experience/knowledge of them?

Other than good examples not being cheap, French built & having their place in history, I'm not entirely sure what that place is... It depends what the 'offer' involves.

I'm told it's in good nick & comes with a plough (hardly used). There are loads here for sale but it seems they're now not that popular as they're petrol.
I was concerned about stability as the land behind our place is on a slope; not 1:3 or anything but just wondered how a smallish tractor would manage.
Was also hoping for an impartial opinion as all the sellers say they're a "wonderful" machine, which is obviously why there's loads for sale

Well they were made in France so there will be a fair few around. I think they were the smallest of the range, Colt was another such one.
Unfortunately we've only had diesel Massey Harris Fergusons, so no practical help- has it got mudguards?
