MEAT FOR SALEWe will have avaliable for sale the following:-
Whole & Half Pigs £4 per kg
Whole & Half Goats £5 per kg
Whole & Half Mutton £5 per kg
(only one avaliable so order quickly)
Selected Beef Joints, Dice, Braising steaks ect
We will also have avaliable selected cuts of pork, Goat & a range of quality sausages (prices on web site)
Delivery will be over 23rd 24th & 25th November.
Delivery costs will depend on area you live & size of order.
Please specify fresh or frozen (all beef frozen this time)
Charges on whole & half's is based on weight before butchery

PS for got to say that the pigs are British lops & are total free range. Goats are extream free range (our fences just dont keep em in).

What kind of weight are you looking at for half a goat? Interested in trying some ... but partly depends on how much freezer space we'd need.

Will have them in a range of sizes from about 15kg to 25kg per half aprox. If you are ordering something else we can do a smaller sample selection / specific cuts you want (obviously costs more per kg that way). Cut in a typical manor you would need slightly more space than a half lamb take up (one freezer drawer / basket aprox).

Pigs will be about 25-30kg per half.
People can order 1/4's (or just specific cuts) if they want to.
